Komatsu intelligent Machine Control: The Future Today

In April 2013, Komatsu created a revolution in the industry with the launch of its first D61EXi/PXi-23 “intelligent Machine Control” dozer at bauma 2013 in Munich, Germany. This signalled a dramatic change in traditional construction concepts - and significantly improved efficiency across the entire construction site.

Intelligent Excavators
The exclusive control function lets you focus on moving material efficiently, with no worry about digging too deep or damaging the target surface. From rough digging to finish grading, a Komatsu intelligent excavator drastically improves productivity, precision and safety on work sites.
Hydraulic excavators will never be the same again.

Intelligent Dozers
Komatsu intelligent dozers can perform in automatic mode from rough dozing to high-precision finish grading. Add-on components for machine control typically mounted on the blade are now replaced with a factory installed cab top GNSS antenna, an enhanced inertial measuring unit (IMU+), and with stroke sensing hydraulic cylinders. No more daily hassles to install and remove antennas and cables.
